At EAM the FBO is where the tray changes hands. FBO catering and catering delivery to the FBO follow the general aviation terminal's rules, with ground handling catering and handling agent catering agreed beforehand.
For a larger cabin at Najran Domestic, the aircraft type decides how we load. Galley catering depends on the door height and whether a high loader is needed; airside catering delivery is agreed with your handling agent before the slot. Aircraft provisioning is planned around the galley you actually have, so carts and boxes fit the stowage.

Customs on international flights restrict some imported food, and pork and alcohol are not part of local catering. A smaller galley means fewer hot items, so we match the menu to the aircraft. Share the type and we plan.
Bringing food is possible, though customs and the handling agent need to agree it. With a tight turnaround it is simpler to have us deliver to the FBO with seat-number labels.
