How it travels with your order
- An allergen sheet goes with every order, per guest and per dish.
- Each box carries the seat number, the diet and the meal code on the lid.
- Meals made for a restriction are prepared apart and boxed apart.
- If cross-contact cannot be ruled out for a dish, we tell you before you confirm.
Tell us every allergy and intolerance when you order. If a guest's allergy is severe, say so: we confirm in writing what we can guarantee.
