What we collect
When you request a quote:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The flight: airport, tail number, delivery date and time, high-loader and offloading needs.
- Your order, the dishes you picked from the menu, and any file you attach.
- Diets, allergens and comments. These can reveal health or religious information about passengers or crew.
When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
For every form: a one-way fingerprint of your connection's IP address, used only to limit abuse. The address itself is not stored.
We do not ask for passengers' names. Leave them out unless the order needs them.
Why we use it
- To prepare your quote and deliver your order.
- To email you a copy of everything you sent.
- To keep order and invoice records, as the law requires.
- To protect the site against abuse.
Diet and allergen details are used only to cook, pack and label the meals safely.
We never sell your data. We never add you to a marketing list.
Who handles it with us
- Supabase: database, and storage of attached files in a private space with no public link.
- Vercel: hosting of the site.
- Brevo: sending the confirmation email of your request.
- Make: passing each request to our order-handling workflow.
- Our team: the flight attendants who prepare your order.
These providers act on our instructions. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and your order, then as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Attached files are deleted when they are no longer needed for the order.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, or receive a copy.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Attached files can only be reached by our server. Only the people who prepare your order can see it.
