FBO catering at ZPMS is handed over at the general aviation terminal or at the aircraft. We offer catering delivery to the FBO through your handling agent, and ground handling catering is arranged around your slot and apron position. Handling agent catering is always confirmed by phone or email.
Light and midsize jets are the normal traffic at ZPMS, so most galley catering is carried to the stairs by hand or small cart. For a larger aircraft we plan airside catering delivery for a high loader and confirm door height, galley position and aircraft provisioning with your handling agent before the slot.

The honest answer starts at the customs line: food from abroad may not clear at LUM, so the cost of a private jet catering order depends mostly on how much of it we can source in Yunnan. Mango and banana-leaf fish are cheaper than a cold-chain import. Send the date and the seat count.
The lead time on a return leg out of ZPMS is shaped by seasonal produce and who is on the plane. If mango or passion fruit is in season, it fits easily; if not, we propose a substitute. Last-minute orders are handled.
Customs treats a repositioning aircraft like any other, so a Dehong order for an empty cabin is still packed to declare. We provide crew meals from local produce, labelled, and sealed for the galley.
A diplomatic or state delegation is better served by a menu cleared before it is cooked. Foreign food may not pass customs at Dehong, so we offer local alternatives sealed for the cabin and handed to your handling agent at the FBO.
