Crew meals at Daxing are ordered on request and invoiced like the rest of the order. Flight crew meals, pilot meals and crew catering are packed separately from the guest trays, and cockpit meals are made to be eaten one-handed. Crew meal boxes are labelled CREW, and different meals for pilots can be arranged when the operator's policy asks for it. Cabin crew meals follow the same route to the aircraft.
Delivered to the FBO at PKX, FBO catering reaches the aircraft through the general aviation terminal. We coordinate ground handling catering with the handling agent, confirm catering delivery to the FBO against the slot, and keep a note for handling agent catering on later visits.
At Daxing the aircraft decides how the food gets on board: door height, whether a high loader is needed, and what the galley can hold. Galley catering for a large cabin is planned around that, and airside catering delivery goes through your handling agent. PKX is a modern terminal complex designed to take large volume. Airport catering for private jets goes through the general aviation side, where FBO services and ground handling services are organised around each flight's slot.
For private aircraft, Daxing offers general aviation access and FBO services. Inflight catering and in-flight catering reach the aircraft through the handling agent; aviation catering, business aviation catering and executive jet catering are planned around the galley, diplomatic flight catering gets additional checks, and cabin crew meals are on request. As a business aviation hub, PKX grows steadily.
China controls food imports closely, so what you load elsewhere may not be allowed to stay on board in Beijing. Meat, dairy and fresh produce are the usual concerns. Your handling agent can advise on current rules before the flight, and we pack so leftovers can be removed cleanly.

Start with the aircraft. A smaller galley limits what can be cooked and re-plated, and that shapes how much private jet catering costs on a Daxing departure. Premium local items, such as carved duck, sit higher than a seasonal vegetable plate.
