Thuringia eats solid, and most of it travels well, which is the first thing a private jet menu for Eisenach-Kindel can use. The crew at Eisenach-Kindel often turns round on a short stay, so crew meals have to be quick to eat and easy to store. Pricing here follows three things: the menu, the number of covers and how much of it is fresh and local. For an arrival from outside Germany the customs side adds a reason to buy locally, which is cheaper and simpler than clearing imported food. Ask for a quote with your tail and slot, and the figure is written for that flight.
Tell us what you fly. The galley of a light jet and the galley of a long-range cabin need different orders, and lead time follows from that. A short brief works at EDGE because the field is small, and late requests are handled the same way as early ones.
Winter at 1,112 ft changes departure windows more than customs changes the order. German food import rules apply to what you bring in from outside the EU, which is why we plan the whole order around local product. When a departure moves, the order can move with it.
Food from an earlier stop can be a customs problem on entry into Germany, and a return meal ordered here avoids that. We write the way-back menu with the outbound one, tagged for the right seats and the right leg, so nothing is mixed.
