Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

The local tableCooked so it travels

Inflight catering with the flavours of Hanak (RSI)

Tabuk Region cooking is built on rice, grilled meat, fresh fish from the Red Sea and a lot of dates, and that is the starting point for a private jet menu at Hanak. Local specialities such as kabsa, grilled fish with spiced rice and Arabic flatbreads are packed so the sauce stays apart and the plating happens in your galley. Private jet platters of cheese, olives, fruit and mezze cover the cold side of the inflight menu.

For guests arriving at the resort coast around Hanak, private jet food tends toward the light and the cold: citrus salads, grilled prawns, labneh and za'atar breads. Gourmet inflight meals for the return leg lean warmer, with a lamb dish or a fish tagine finished in the oven, and private jet snacks of dates, pistachios and sweets from the region. Every item is labelled by seat so the crew serves without guessing.

Red Sea International sits on a flat coastal plain at 140 ft in Tabuk Region, and its business aviation traffic follows the resort calendar of the Red Sea coast. Private jet catering at Hanak is written around that pattern: seafood, dates and cold platters that hold in warm air. Business aviationOur core

Private jet catering in Hanak for business and VIP flights (RSI)

Business jet catering at Red Sea International usually starts with a short list: four to eight guests, a resort destination ahead, and a galley with limited space. Corporate jet catering here favors cold platters and one oven dish. VIP flight catering and charter flight catering are written seat by seat, and luxury inflight catering draws on Red Sea fish and local dates. A private jet chef builds a bespoke menu around your restrictions and the aircraft type.

Special meals

Kosher, halal, vegan and gluten free in-flight catering at Red Sea International Airport (RSI)

Special meals at Hanak are cooked in the same kitchen as everything else, so allergens are handled by procedure, not by hope. Kosher meals travel sealed and are not opened in the galley; halal is the baseline for much of the regional menu; vegan, gluten free and allergen free dishes are prepared on separate boards and boxed apart. Nuts, sesame and dairy are common in local cooking, so tell us early and we will build the order around them. Kids meals follow the same rules, with smaller portions and no sauces on the side.

Crew & pilot mealsOn request

Flight crew meals on request at Red Sea International Airport

Hanak rotations often mean waiting on the ground, and that is when crew meals matter. We pack flight crew meals and pilot meals separately from guest trays, add crew catering as its own line on request, and label crew meal boxes only with CREW. Cockpit meals are cut and plated to be eaten without cutlery gymnastics, and different meals for pilots are available so captain and first officer never share a dish. Everything is invoiced like the rest of the order.

Ground handling and FBO catering at Red Sea International Airport

FBO catering at Red Sea International is handed over at the aircraft by your handling agent, so the food reaches the cabin door without anyone queuing at the terminal. Catering delivery to the FBO is coordinated with the general aviation terminal, and ground handling catering follows the slot you agree. Handling agent catering means one contact on the ramp for access and timing.

Aircraft provisioning and airport catering at Red Sea International Airport (OERS)

Red Sea International handles business jets and larger aircraft, and the type decides how the galley catering is loaded. A light or midsize jet takes trays and boxes by hand through the cabin door; a large-cabin or VIP airliner may need a high loader at the galley door, arranged with your handling agent. Airside catering delivery at OERS is coordinated with the ground handler, who controls ramp access. Tell us the tail and the door and we pack for the aircraft provisioning you actually have.

About the airportOERS / RSI

Aviation catering and business aviation at Red Sea International Airport (RSI)

Red Sea International Airport serves the Red Sea coast of Tabuk Region from a flat site at 140 ft. For business aviation it is a resort gateway: owner flights, charters and operators positioning aircraft. Airport catering here is planned around guest stays and quick turns, not around a large fixed schedule.

Business aviation

Red Sea International works as a business aviation hub for the coast: general aviation traffic peaks with resort stays, and FBO services and ground handling services are organised around guest arrivals. Inflight catering and in-flight catering here lean on local seafood and dates; aviation catering and business aviation catering suit operators repositioning; executive jet catering, diplomatic flight catering and cabin crew meals are separate lines on the order.

Customs & food import

Saudi Arabia restricts pork and alcohol and controls food imports, so locally prepared catering is the simpler route at Red Sea International. Customs rules apply to anything brought from abroad; declare it and confirm with your handling agent before loading.

★★★★★BUSINESS JET
“Our priority at RSI was beef fillet with roasted potatoes for 5 passengers, with a late menu amendment shaping the service plan. The Galley Girls labelled the sandwiches in line with our brief, so the cabin team could identify the relevant portions quickly. I would discuss inflight catering with them again, especially when final order confirmation needs careful coordination. I found the sauces without searching through every box, a small detail that mattered during the final cabin checks.”

★★★★★GOVERNMENT
“For 7 passengers departing from Red Sea International Airport, the agreed menu was a cheese board and savoury canapés; our main consideration was a tight boarding window. This experience of in-flight catering gave us a useful reference for managing cabin service sequence on another departure. The Galley Girls updated the breakfast portions in the written order and sent back a confirmation that clearly showed our amendments. We checked the main courses against the same summary, keeping the cabin team and the handling contact aligned.”

★★★★★CREW MEALS
“An order of roasted vegetable bowls with separate dressings for 8 people at OERS had to be organised around limited fridge space. Our brief for vip inflight catering was met with a sensible plan for galley preparation. The Galley Girls confirmed the handover contact and identified the salads, making the catering delivery easier for our team to track. The sandwiches went straight to the right colleague instead of circulating between several people during the turnaround.”

Questions crews ask about HanakAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost for a short repositioning flight into Red Sea International with an empty cabin?+

A repositioning leg into Hanak with only the crew aboard usually means two boxed meals and a few snacks, so the list stays small. A stone-fruit and date plate costs less than grilled hammour for six, and we price whatever you actually order.

What is the lead time for a return leg ordered from Red Sea International for the way back?+

Send the tail, the slot, the seat plan and any restrictions for the return, exactly as you did outbound. A menu built on what is cooked locally in Hanak is simpler to confirm, and last-minute orders are handled.

What customs rules apply to inflight catering food entering Saudi Arabia at Red Sea International?+

Saudi customs bar pork and alcohol and control imported meat and dairy, so anything loaded abroad can be stopped on arrival at OERS. Cooking in-country avoids that, and if food is already on board, confirm it with your handling agent before landing.

Can you bring food into Red Sea International on a long crew duty day, or wait on the ground for a meal?+

On a long duty day with a wait on the ramp, order crew meals with the trip, packed hot or cold and marked CREW. Outside food has to clear customs first, which is why most crews ask us to pack it rather than carrying it in.

Is catering part of a charter when the passenger count changes at the last minute into Red Sea International?+

Is catering part of a charter into Hanak? No: the charter covers the aircraft and the food is a separate order, invoiced on its own. If the headcount shifts, we change portions and seat labels, and the revised order is handed over at the aircraft.
