Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

Local specialities from Ogden for your inflight catering

Start with what Utah grows and raises. Our private jet food from Ogden draws on trout, bison, lamb from the high pastures, and stone fruit from the Wasatch valleys. A private jet menu for KHIF might pair a cold trout plate with a hot lamb dish, each marked Oven or Chilled. The inflight menu keeps to local specialities when the season allows, and Utah produce travels as plates a crew can re-plate with one hand.

Utah is dry, high and cold for much of the year, and food on a plane behaves accordingly. Private jet platters from Ogden are built to hold: dense breads, cured meats, hard cheeses, whole fruit. Gourmet inflight meals add a hot course, braised and sauced, marked Re-plate cold or Oven. Private jet snacks round out the box: trail mix, dark chocolate, honey sticks. The inflight menu for private jet food at Hill AFB changes with harvest, and local specialities from the region lead it.

Business aviationOur core

Private jet catering in Ogden for business and VIP flights (HIF)

Out of Ogden, the typical brief is a small group, a midsize cabin and a short list of preferences. Our private jet chef shapes a bespoke menu around that. Business jet catering, corporate jet catering and VIP flight catering share the same method, and charter flight catering for mountain-bound groups gets luxury inflight catering with winter in mind.

Special meals

Dietary requirements and aviation catering at Hill Air Force Base (KHIF)

Special meals at Hill AFB follow a procedure built around Utah's kitchens: where flour dust, nut oils and shared fryers hide allergens. Kosher, halal, vegan and gluten free dishes are cooked and sealed separately, allergen free orders get their own board and box, and kids meals are packed to be eaten without help. Labels carry seat numbers, not names, and the procedure is agreed with your handling agent before the slot.

Crew meals & pilot meals at Hill Air Force Base

The crew at Ogden eat last and fast, so we pack for that. Crew meals are ordered separately and invoiced as any order. Flight crew meals, pilot meals and cockpit meals ride in sealed crew meal boxes; crew catering respects duty times, and we provide different meals for pilots when two plates are needed.

DeliveryEvery FBO

Airport catering delivered to the FBO at Hill Air Force Base (KHIF)

Your handling agent opens the door and we hand over. FBO catering at KHIF covers the general aviation terminal or the aircraft stair, and catering delivery to the FBO is set before the slot. Ground handling catering works within airfield access rules, and handling agent catering is coordinated by phone or email.

High loaderLarge cabins, bizliners

Aircraft provisioning for large cabins: airport catering at Hill Air Force Base

The aircraft decides how it loads. At KHIF, a light jet takes boxes through the stair door, while a larger cabin may need a high loader to reach the galley door. Galley catering is cut to the galley you have: the oven, the drawer, the chiller. For airside catering delivery we agree access with your handling agent, and aircraft provisioning at Hill AFB is sequenced around cold ramps so chilled items are the last on and the first off the truck.

About the airportKHIF / HIF

General aviation and airport catering at Hill Air Force Base (HIF)

A working Air Force base, Hill AFB, shapes everything about airport catering here: access, timing, and who opens the gate. General aviation movements use arranged handling, and FBO services and ground handling services follow the field's rules.

Business aviation

Ogden's business aviation hub role peaks in ski season, when private jet catering for mountain-bound groups meets cold-weather departures. Inflight catering, in-flight catering and aviation catering are planned around storms, and business aviation catering and executive jet catering run on tight slots. Diplomatic flight catering follows protocol, and cabin crew meals ride separately.

Customs & food import

Food exported from the United States must meet the arrival country's import rules, and Utah produce is no exception. Meat, dairy and fresh fruit are the usual restrictions. We plan the order against those rules, so the galley holds only what will clear at the other end.

“I wanted avocado toast components and breakfast fruit for 11 guests at KHIF, packed sensibly for a cabin team dealing with different crew meal preferences. My main takeaway from this flight catering services order was the practical approach to portion planning. I wanted clear identification on the side dishes; The Galley Girls made the packing arrangement easy to compare with the order. Keeping the salads identifiable helped the colleague taking over service understand the order without another long explanation.”

“Working around a tight boarding window at HIF, I asked for a light pasta dish with grilled vegetables in portions appropriate for our 9 passengers. The order made airline catering feel manageable because the galley preparation had been considered beforehand. The Galley Girls gave us an update on the snack boxes before the handover, which helped us organise the cabin checks. Knowing where the canapés were packed meant the crew could begin the relevant checks as soon as the order arrived.”

★★★★★LARGE CABIN
“For 12 passengers departing from Hill Air Force Base, the agreed menu was mini sandwiches and individual desserts; our main consideration was a short ground stop. Our request to The Galley Girls focused on the canapés, with enough detail to distinguish passenger portions from additional provisions. We also checked the sauces before approval, which helped avoid a second round of questions later in the preparation. The catering handover stood out more than any sales pitch about crew meals.”

Ordering for KHIF, in shortAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost out of Ogden when customs and food-import rules apply?+

Menu first, price second. At Hill AFB we write the menu, check it against the arrival country's food-import rules, and then price it dish by dish. An order that crosses a border usually leans on cooked, sealed items; a domestic one can use fresh peaches and cheese boards. Both are invoiced like any order.

What is the lead time for a light jet versus a larger cabin at KHIF?+

It depends on the aircraft. A small cabin with one oven works with a short menu, a large galley can handle a multi-course plan. Either way, lead time is set by what the galley can finish, and last-minute requests out of Ogden are accepted.

Do customs apply on a departure from KHIF, and how does winter change the plan?+

Ski season fills the ramp and storms empty it. For a departure from Ogden, we plan around the weather window first, then check food against customs at arrival. Cooked, sealed items travel best through both.

Can you bring food from home, and can we order a return leg from Ogden for the flight back?+

Some crews do. Customs on the other side may not agree. We prefer you order the return leg now: a second menu, sealed and marked, ready to load before you leave Ogden. It costs the same as any order and keeps the galley predictable.

Is catering part of a charter that leaves early or departs at night from Hill AFB?+

Not at all. A private jet charter price does not carry the food. It is ordered and invoiced separately, and for a pre-dawn or late-night slot at KHIF we agree the handover point with your handling agent before the day.
