When the crew stops at URMN, the order is made on request and invoiced with the rest. Crew catering means flight crew meals boxed apart, pilot meals for each seat, and cockpit meals easy to eat during a quick break. Crew meal boxes are labelled, and different meals for pilots are available.
FBO catering at Nalchik means a handover at the general aviation terminal or the aircraft, agreed with your handling agent. Catering delivery to the FBO is booked with the slot, and ground handling catering follows the apron rules. Handling agent catering requires the tail and the access details.
Whether the door at Nalchik is loaded by hand or from a high loader depends on the tail on your slot.
