Flight crew meals come in crew meal boxes, and different meals for pilots are set up when the operator wants them. Billed like the rest of the order.
Catering delivery to the FBO at Vladivostok International goes through your handling agent. FBO catering is handed over at the general aviation terminal or the aircraft, depending on access. Ground handling catering and handling agent catering are coordinated by phone and email before the slot.
Large aircraft at UHWW need galley catering loaded from a high loader, and the airside catering delivery is arranged with your handling agent. The product drives the price. Fresh Primorsky scallops or crab raise it; a menu of smoked fish, pelmeni and pickles brings it down. Other factors are the number of covers and whether crew meals are added on request. Private jet catering cost at VVO is a menu question first.
An early departure from VVO is ordinary for us. The things that make lead time easy are a clear slot, a headcount, and your handling agent's name for airside access. Orders that arrive late are still taken.
State and delegation flights out of UHWW are usually the most controlled orders we take: names removed, seats numbered, trays sealed, routes agreed with your handling agent. Customs sees the same documented provisions as any other flight.
Bringing your own food is allowed in principle, but import controls apply, especially for animal products. If an aircraft arrives with a stocked galley, what is left at Artyom may have to be handled by customs. Fresh catering from us sidesteps it.
