On a rotation through EPDE, a crew meal has to survive a long wait on a military apron. We pack crew meals and flight crew meals on request, invoiced with the rest. Pilot meals and cockpit meals are kept simple, crew catering is labelled for the right seat, crew meal boxes are kept apart, and different meals for pilots are offered so captain and first officer need not share a dish. Cabin crew meals travel in that same labelled box, kept apart from the guest trays.

EPDE is home to Poland's air force academy and takes general aviation and official traffic only by arrangement. Airport catering here is quiet and pre-agreed, FBO services depend on the day's operation, and ground handling services are coordinated with the base before any box moves, so the field works as a small business aviation hub only when a flight is planned.

Because customs treat animal products arriving from outside the EU strictly, we buy meat, fish and dairy inside Poland. That keeps the quote clean: you pay for the dishes and the packing, not for workarounds. Trout costs more than a vegetable platter; a duck course costs more than żurek.
Official flights have a longer paper trail than private ones, so we tend to start with security and protocol requirements and build the menu afterwards. If the delegation grows or shrinks, we re-pack. Late requests are taken.
