Crew meals and flight crew meals are ordered with the flight; pilot meals are boxed apart, crew catering for the cabin is marked CREW, and cockpit meals are easy to hold. Crew meal boxes come with a main and a snack, and different meals for pilots are available on request, billed with the order.
FBO catering at Thumrait ends at the aircraft door. Catering delivery to the FBO goes through the general aviation terminal gate, with ground handling catering coordinated by your handling agent. Handling agent catering is simple: tail, slot and headcount, and we hand over where they tell us.
At Thumrait, the airframe you bring sets how the food gets up to the door. A light or midsize jet takes galley catering by hand from a van on the apron, while larger airframes need a high loader to reach the door. Airside catering delivery is coordinated with your handling agent for aircraft provisioning, and we ask for the door height and galley layout when you send the tail.
