Think in services, not trays. For a long leg out of RTO, a hot lunch and a second light service cost more than a single cold box. We price by menu and headcount, and it is invoiced separately from the flight.
A passenger added or dropped late is not a problem for Banten service. We handle last-minute orders, and we ask only that you confirm the seat plan so the labels match.
