Pricing for private jet catering at WICN follows the dishes you pick. Ikan bakar costs more than gado-gado, and a platter of tropical fruit sits at the lower end. We quote per menu, agree it with you, and invoice it like any order.
Customs rules decide it. Fish, rice, fruit and vegetables from the region move easily; foreign cheese or meat does not. We handle last-minute orders and tell you at once which items would slow the order down.
On a light aircraft every cubic foot of galley counts, so customs and space are one question: bring or order only what fits and clears. We source locally, label everything, and your handling agent covers the formalities.
You can bring your own, but the coastal season matters. In the wet months humidity and sudden rain at Cijulang make cold food harder to keep, so we plan sealed, chilled trays for the apron. Food arriving from abroad must follow Indonesian customs rules.
