Crew catering at XIY includes cockpit meals that are eaten one-handed, such as roujiamo or noodle boxes. Crew meal boxes carry labels by role, and different meals for pilots can be arranged so the captain and first officer do not share a dish. Cabin crew meals are a separate line again.
FBO catering at Xi'an Xianyang is a handover at the aircraft. Catering delivery to the FBO goes through the general aviation terminal and your handling agent, who control airside access. Ground handling catering is coordinated with them so the trays reach the galley on your slot. Handling agent catering is simply a matter of sending the tail and slot.
Larger aircraft at ZLXY need a different approach to the galley. For wide-body VIP aircraft, galley catering is built in volume and packed in trolleys and boxes sized for the door.
