Flight crew meals suit a short stop; pilot meals go in separate crew meal boxes; crew catering and cockpit meals follow the operator's policy, including different meals for pilots. FBO catering at Jining is a simple handover: catering delivery to the FBO, near the general aviation terminal, coordinated through your handling agent. Ground handling catering is confirmed against the slot, and handling agent catering means one contact for access and escort.

Galley size drives the bill. Light jets here usually mean cold platters and a few oven items, while a larger cabin can take plated courses with sauces apart. Ingredients at Jining are seasonal, so lake fish costs differently from wheat buns. We quote per menu.
Lead time at Jining depends on menu and slot, not on a fixed rule. Phone or email us with the departure and we confirm what is possible, including late or early service. Last-minute orders are handled.
Chinese customs treat animal products strictly, so what flies in from abroad rarely goes on to the next service. A two-service leg out of Jining is simplest with food made locally, packed in sealed boxes, and with an itemised list for your agent.
