Flight crew meals are packed in labelled boxes, and pilot meals are different dishes for captain and first officer when your policy asks. Crew catering for a wait on the ground means cockpit meals that eat from one hand, and crew meal boxes are marked CREW. We write different meals for pilots so nobody shares a plate, and cabin crew meals follow the same box.
FBO catering at ZSDY means catering delivery to the FBO or to the aircraft by arrangement. The general aviation terminal is where most business aircraft are handled, and ground handling catering follows your agent's airside rules. Handling agent catering is simplest when we have the contact before the slot.
