Anhui is a province of two tables: the Huizhou hills in the south, with braised, salted and cured dishes, and the Yangtze and Chaohu lake country with fresh fish and river produce. For a private jet menu out of Hefei, that split is useful. Flight crew meals stay light for a night departure, pilot meals come in two different dishes when asked, and cockpit meals travel in crew meal boxes that open easily. Crew catering covers cabin crew meals too, and different meals for pilots are planned so captain and first officer never share a dish.
We deliver to the general aviation terminal at ZSOF and hand over to your handling agent. FBO catering means the FBO signs for the boxes; catering delivery to the FBO and ground handling catering follow the slot you give us, and handling agent catering is arranged by phone or email.
Hefei Xinqiao handles business aircraft from light jets to large cabins. Galley catering is planned around the aircraft type: a small galley with one oven gets a smaller number of components, a large cabin can take the full menu. Airside catering delivery is coordinated with your handling agent so the trolleys and boxes reach the aircraft door cleanly, and aircraft provisioning on a wide-body is packed to the galley layout, not to a generic list.

Hefei Xinqiao is the main gateway to Anhui Province, with a large terminal and a general aviation terminal for business aircraft. Airport catering here works with the FBO and the handling agent, and the FBO services on the field, together with the ground handling services behind them, set how a box reaches the aircraft. The field sits at 207 ft and handles both short domestic hops and longer international legs.
The business aviation hub role of ZSOF shows in the mix: executive jet catering for visiting managers, diplomatic flight catering for provincial delegations, business aviation catering for charter operators. Slot first, then price: a departure with a long turn at ZSOF allows braised courses and a tea service, and that is what moves the cost of private jet catering. A tight slot with a cold lunch costs less because there is less to finish on board.
Lead time on a light jet is mostly about what the galley can hold, so we agree the components first. On a large cabin there is more room to plan. Either way, last-minute orders at ZSOF are handled, day or night.
Customs matters most when the departure is at night or very early. China restricts imported meat and dairy, so local Anhui ingredients travel more simply than anything brought in. We pack to the declaration your agent submits.
Food from outside is allowed if it clears customs, but a two-service leg out of ZSOF is simpler with one supplier. We pack by service, mark seat numbers and keep the second box sealed.
A charter contract for ZSOF covers the aircraft; food is not in it. Order catering separately, name the special meal, and we make it as a procedure with its own box rather than a note on a shared tray.
