For the crew at LLK, crew meals are an order line, not an extra. Flight crew meals and pilot meals can be hot or cold; crew catering is packed in crew meal boxes with no names, only seat numbers; cockpit meals are made for the jumpseat; and different meals for pilots are prepared as a separate order. Cabin crew meals are invoiced like everything else.
At UBBL, we deliver through the FBO and your handling agent. FBO catering is passed at the general aviation terminal, catering delivery to the FBO is confirmed in advance, and ground handling catering follows your handler's access rules. Handling agent catering for Lankaran is simple because the apron is quiet.
Galley catering for UBBL is sized to the door. A light jet takes its order up the airstair in two or three trips, with the cold trays stacked in the drawer first; a larger cabin may call for a high loader, which we arrange through your handling agent before the slot. Start with what the crew will do on the ground. If they wait out their duty time at Lankaran, a hot main and a cold side are sensible, and that is priced differently from a snack-only order. Premium local fish raises it, simple herbs and cheese lower it. We confirm the figure with the menu.

Bringing your own food on a night flight out of UBBL is possible for sealed, packaged items; fresh products are the problem. Customs may ask about it and a late slot is the wrong time to find out. We can supply the meal locally.
