The Zangilan District is a recently reopened part of western Azerbaijan, and its table is mountain food: lamb, river fish, honey, walnuts, pomegranate and fresh herbs. A private jet menu for Zangilan International can use these local specialities, though the selection of fresh produce is smaller than at a big hub, so we plan the menu around what the galley can hold.
Private jet food here works best when it is simple to finish. Our private jet platters bring grilled lamb or chicken kebab, sliced separately from the sauce, with flatbread, herbs and white cheese. Plov travels with rice and topping in separate boxes, and dolma is served chilled or warmed. Zangilan's setting at 1,320 ft means cooler evenings, so warm gourmet inflight meals are welcome.
For an inflight menu at ZZE we also pack sweets: pakhlava, shekerbura, dried fruit and nuts, plus tea. Private jet snacks from Azerbaijan, such as pistachios, apricots and pomegranate seeds, are easy to keep in the cabin. Ask for a menu in Zangilan, Azerbaijan style, and we will write it around your guests.
