We pack flight crew meals and pilot meals in crew meal boxes labelled CREW, and crew catering is sized to the rotation. Cockpit meals are easy to eat during a turn, with different meals for pilots when the operator asks, and cabin crew meals are boxed separately.
On this field the FBO catering handover depends on who holds access, so we arrange catering delivery to the FBO with your handling agent before the slot. Ground handling catering and handling agent catering follow whatever the airfield allows, and the general aviation terminal is the point of receipt.
