On a ski charter into LZTT, the crew eats between a landing and a departure, often standing. Crew meals are ordered per flight and invoiced like the rest of the catering, never added by default. There is no menu price printed in advance, because the bill depends on what lands on the plates. Slovak customs rules also shape it: meat and dairy cleared for a non-EU destination change what we can pack, so a Tatra venison dinner and a plain cheese board end up priced very differently.
Government flights through Poprad usually start with a protocol brief: who dines, what is excluded, who may handle the food. Once that is agreed, the order moves quickly, and last-minute changes to the list are still handled.

Guests do carry their own food, and rules differ by destination. A sealed Slovak cheese, a jar of plum jam, smoked meat in its pack: these travel well when ordered with the flight, and we label them so there is no question at inspection.
Not as part of the charter. Food is ordered, packed and invoiced as its own item, so a change from five guests to eight on a busy Saturday is a change to one line, and last-minute orders are handled.
