Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

The local tableCooked so it travels

Inflight catering with the flavours of Sabetta (SBT)

The Yamal peninsula is reindeer, river fish and cloudberries, and Sabetta is where that table meets an LNG terminal. For a private jet menu at USDA we build an inflight menu from what the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug actually eats: smoked and salted whitefish such as muksun and nelma, venison from the herds of the Nenets and Khanty, and cloudberry and lingonberry from the tundra. These local specialities travel well in a galley when they are cut, sauced apart and chilled correctly.

Private jet food at Sabetta leans on the north. Stroganina, thin shavings of frozen river fish, is a Yamal classic but never leaves the cold box until the passenger is ready; cured venison and smoked sturgeon go on private jet platters, and a hot reindeer stew finishes in your oven. For guests who want something gentler, a fish soup, rye bread and berry compote keep the private jet menu familiar. Local specialities from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are described honestly on the order.

The three founders, former VIP cabin crew, on a business jet airstair — private jet catering at Sabetta International Airport (USDA)

Sabetta International (USDA / SBT) sits on the Yamal peninsula, north of the Arctic Circle, where the LNG terminal sets the flight schedule and the tundra sets the weather. Private jet catering here is planned around frozen ground, long cold taxi lines and a galley that must hold temperature on the apron. We handle inflight catering and in-flight catering for crews and guests, and the aviation catering is the same at every airport: cooked and packed by former VIP flight attendants, handed to your FBO or handling agent. Business aviation catering, executive jet catering and diplomatic flight catering all follow one brief, and cabin crew meals are ordered on request with the rest.

  • Restaurant cuisine, cooked on the ground
  • Fresh and local produce
  • Labelled by seat, diet and reheat
  • Aviation-ready packaging
  • High loader for large cabins
  • HACCP certified kitchens

Business aviationOur core

Private jet catering for business flights from Sabetta (USDA)

Most business jet catering at Sabetta is for energy teams on rotation, so the brief is rarely about show and always about what survives a cold apron. For corporate jet catering we keep one private jet chef on the menu from start to finish, with a bespoke menu built around smoked whitefish, cloudberry and a hot dish that finishes in your oven. Charter flight catering into USDA follows the same line: VIP flight catering and luxury inflight catering, with inflight catering and in-flight catering packed to fit a small galley, sealed and marked by seat.

Special meals

Special meals for every diet: in-flight catering at Sabetta International Airport

Special meals at Sabetta are a procedure, not a promise. Northern cooking hides allergens in places a short menu does not show: fish stocks in soups, wheat in pelmeni dough, dairy in sour cream and butter. Kosher, halal, vegan, gluten free, allergen free and kids meals are cooked in separate boards and containers, sealed and marked by seat number, so the galley opens one box per guest.

Crew & pilot mealsOn request

Crew meals & pilot meals at Sabetta International Airport

On a rotation into USDA the crew eats last and fastest. Crew meals, flight crew meals and pilot meals are boxed and marked; crew catering stays separate from the guest trays. Cockpit meals and crew meal boxes are on request, invoiced with the order, and different meals for pilots are available so captain and first officer never share a dish.

Airport catering delivered to the FBO at Sabetta International Airport (USDA)

FBO catering at Sabetta means catering delivery to the FBO or the general aviation terminal, coordinated by your handling agent. Ground handling catering is straightforward: we pass the order to the handling agent catering contact and the cart is met at the aircraft.

High loaderLarge cabins, bizliners

High loader delivery for jet catering at Sabetta International Airport (SBT)

Aircraft at USDA range from light business jets to larger types on charter, and the aircraft decides how galley catering is loaded. Airside catering delivery is coordinated with your handling agent: door height, whether a high loader is needed and what the galley can accept all drive the packing. Aircraft provisioning follows the aircraft type and the cold on the apron, so trays are insulated and loaded last.

About the airportUSDA / SBT

About Sabetta International Airport: business aviation and airport catering

Sabetta International is a young airport on the Gydan-Yamal side of the Ob Gulf, built to serve the LNG project. Airport catering here supports general aviation as well as scheduled rotation.

Business aviation

Business aviation catering at Sabetta is shaped by the LNG project and seasonal rotation. Inflight catering and in-flight catering for these flights, aviation catering for visiting teams and executive jet catering for managers all share one menu. Diplomatic flight catering and cabin crew meals are handled as part of normal orders. The business aviation hub role is quiet but regular, with FBO services and ground handling services meeting each arrival.

Customs & food import

Russian customs and veterinary rules govern food on arriving and departing aircraft, and animal products need documents. We source locally for USDA so galley lists stay short and clean.

★★★★★LARGE CABIN
“Despite limited fridge space, we wanted the 3 guests at Sabetta International Airport to enjoy vegetarian wraps and colourful salads without a complicated cabin service. I want a private jet catering company to understand storage requirements, and this order gave us a useful starting point. The Galley Girls talked through the quantities of fruit plates with us before confirmation, rather than leaving us to guess the portions. We also checked the desserts before approval, which helped avoid a second round of questions later in the preparation.”

★★★★★ROYAL FLIGHT
“Clear quantities were essential at USDA: we had 6 passengers expecting a light pasta dish with grilled vegetables and were working around a family lunch request. The Galley Girls grouped the breakfast portions by service, which was more useful to us than simply receiving a list of dishes. The fruit plates were reserved for the next stage, so the worktop stayed clear while we prepared the initial dishes. When comparing private jet catering companies, I would look closely at meal organisation after this experience.”

★★★★★VIP AIRLINER
“I wanted a light pasta dish with grilled vegetables for 7 guests at SBT, packed sensibly for a cabin team dealing with a changing departure schedule. Our handling contact received the order details from The Galley Girls, including how the fruit plates had been grouped. The cabin team could match the main courses to the request before moving on to the remaining departure tasks. My search for "private jet catering near me" led to a practical conversation about portion planning.”

Before you order at USDAAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost for a return flight out of Sabetta when I order the way-back meals here?+

Prices are quoted per order. A return leg ordered from Sabetta travels cold in the same box set as the outbound, so it adds only the dishes themselves. Phone or email for a quote.

What is the lead time at Sabetta when the passenger count changes at the last minute?+

If the count changes, change the order. We handle last-minute orders for USDA 24/7 and re-label to match.

Do customs rules affect a local product like cloudberry or smoked fish at Sabetta?+

Yes, they matter for anything crossing the border. Locally sourced cloudberry and muksun for a USDA order avoid the import question altogether; imported cheeses or meats need documents and can be refused.

Can you bring food aboard for a night departure or an early morning slot out of Sabetta?+

Early slots at USDA are routine for LNG rotation flights. We cook and pack for them, so there is no scramble for bread or soup in the dark.

Is catering part of a charter for a delegation or government flight into Sabetta?+

Catering stays outside the charter price. Government flights into USDA get the same process as any: menu, headcount, handover at the FBO.
