FBO catering at ULAM is handed over to the general aviation terminal or to your handling agent, who walks it to the aircraft. Catering delivery to the FBO is coordinated with ground handling catering rules, and handling agent catering instructions are confirmed before the slot.
Galley catering at ULAM depends on the aircraft: a regional turboprop and a long-range business jet do not load the same way. We check the door height, whether a high loader is needed and what the galley can hold, then arrange airside catering delivery and aircraft provisioning with your handling agent so the boxes reach the cabin sealed.

The honest answer for Naryan Mar is that cost moves with ingredients and logistics. Northern fish and reindeer are not cheap to source, and access through the handling agent is billed separately.
