Crew catering is on request and billed with the order, different meals for pilots are possible, and cabin crew meals are sealed apart from the guests.
FBO catering at Chara is delivered to the aircraft through your handling agent, who opens the access. Catering delivery to the FBO follows ground handling catering rules on the field, and we coordinate handling agent catering and the general aviation terminal handover before the trolley goes airside.
Aircraft size decides how the order reaches the cabin at Chara. Smaller business jets are provisioned by hand through the airstair door, while larger cabins may need a high loader, which must be arranged with your handling agent before arrival.
