Pilot meals are simple and sturdy, with different meals for pilots available on request. Crew catering follows the operator's policy, cockpit meals stay apart from the passenger trays, and crew meal boxes go in their own bag. Cabin crew meals are packed separately again. All of it is on request and invoiced.
Ground handling catering at UUOB goes through your handling agent. For FBO catering we agree the access, the door and the slot, then deliver to the aircraft from the general aviation terminal side. Catering delivery to the FBO is always confirmed with the agent first, and handling agent catering is the model for every order here.
Most traffic at Belgorod International is business jets and light turboprops, so the catering cart reaches the door and galley catering is loaded by hand through the airstair. When a larger aircraft comes in, we say so on the order: a high loader for airside catering delivery depends on the door height and the ramp equipment on the field. Cost comes from what you put on the plate. Smoked river fish and cold platters are modest; roast dishes with garnish and a private jet chef add up. Belgorod orders also factor in airside access through the handling agent, which we sort out before we cook.
