Billing for crew catering follows the same invoice as the rest of the order. Cockpit meals are built to be eaten between tasks, crew meal boxes are marked by seat only, and different meals for pilots are standard practice on our side whenever asked.
FBO catering at Anapa Vityazevo means a handover at the aircraft, coordinated with your handling agent. We deliver to the FBO or the general aviation terminal, and ground handling catering follows the same access plan. Handling agent catering arrangements are confirmed with the order, and catering delivery to the FBO is on your slot.
At Anapa Vityazevo the aircraft type decides how the food reaches the cabin. A light or midsize jet is loaded by hand through the door, straight from the van to the galley. A larger corporate airliner may need a high loader at the door, and we coordinate that with the handling agent. Cost depends on what goes in the box, and in Russia the customs rules on food imports shape that. Locally sourced Kuban produce avoids import questions entirely, so a menu of sea bass, tomatoes and local cheese often costs less than carrying foreign delicacies in. How much private jet catering costs also depends on seat count and special requests, and we price per menu, not per tray.
With a resort airport like AAQ, the handling agent is the gatekeeper for lead time. They need the vehicle and driver details before anything crosses the apron. We send those with the order, and last-minute requests are still taken.
