Think in terms of the plate. Gulf prawns and hammour price differently from machboos or dates. Airside access through the handling agent at ZDY is quoted with the order. There is no way to quote before knowing the menu.
A child meal or a vegan plate is quick to arrange. A kosher sealed meal or a nut free dish needs more care. Delma orders are checked against the restriction first, and late requests are handled with an honest answer on what is possible.
Food crossing into the Emirates is checked, and an unopened tray is not an exception. Local catering for ZDY is prepared in-country, and we match the quantity to the galley of your aircraft.
On a short empty leg, bringing your own is possible and sensible for snacks. For a proper meal, a crew box packed for the flight deck is simpler than carrying food through customs at OMDL.
The charter contract does not include catering. It is ordered and invoiced separately. At OMDL, where crews often wait, we recommend adding crew meals to the same booking.
