Mangla sits in Punjab, on the edge of the great reservoir that gives the airport its name, and the Punjab table is generous, spiced and built for sharing. For a private jet menu from OPMA we start with what travels: slow-cooked chicken karahi, seekh kebabs, daal makhani and biryani that hold their flavour in a galley oven, with naan and paratha wrapped separately so they stay soft rather than steamed.
An inflight menu here leans on freshwater fish from the reservoir, grilled or lightly fried, and on seasonal fruit: Punjab mangoes in summer, kinnow citrus in winter. These are the local specialities we use as private jet food for an executive cabin, each sealed or boxed so it can be re-plated without fuss.
For cold service we build private jet platters from raita, chaat, fresh salads and fruit, plus gourmet inflight meals that hold without a sauce breaking. Light private jet snacks, dried fruit, nuts, a Punjabi sweet such as gulab jamun or barfi, fill out the Mangla order.
