Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

Private jet catering with local specialities from Fukuoka

Fukuoka Prefecture is Kyushu's gateway, and the private jet menu we write for Fukuoka draws on it directly. The inflight menu can open on Hakata-style plates: mentaiko, marinated pollock roe, folded into a light rice course, and goma-saba, sesame-dressed mackerel, kept chilled and re-plated cold. Private jet food from this coast is mostly seafood, so we keep sauces apart and citrus on the side.

For a hot course, Hakata tonkotsu broth travels well in a sealed pot and finishes in the galley oven, with noodles packed dry and the toppings boxed separately. Local specialities also include Hakata wagyu, sliced for the plate and seared at service, and Yame green tea for the end of the meal. Whatever the Fukuoka region puts on your private jet menu, we label it by seat number and by the way it finishes on board.

The three founders, former VIP cabin crew, on a business jet airstair — private jet catering at Fukuoka Airport (RJFF)

Fukuoka Airport sits on a single runway beside the Hakata waterfront, so the apron plan is tight and the general aviation handover is organised around your handling agent. Private jet catering here follows the same rhythm: you tell us the tail, the slot and the headcount, and we cook and pack for your galley. Inflight catering for Fukuoka leans on Kyushu produce, and in-flight catering for a quick turn stays cold and portioned. Aviation catering and business aviation catering requests arrive from corporate flight departments and charter operators alike, while executive jet catering and diplomatic flight catering follow protocol briefs. Cabin crew meals are ordered as their own line.

  • Restaurant cuisine, cooked on the ground
  • Fresh and local produce
  • Labelled by seat, diet and reheat
  • Aviation-ready packaging
  • High loader for large cabins
  • HACCP certified kitchens

Business jet catering at Fukuoka Airport for VIP flights

Business jet catering for Fukuoka is usually a small party flying on a short sector to Seoul, Shanghai or Tokyo. Corporate jet catering, VIP flight catering and charter flight catering all start from the same brief. Luxury inflight catering here means a private jet chef cooking a bespoke menu around sea bream, wagyu and seasonal fruit.

Diplomatic and state visit aviation catering in Fukuoka (RJFF)

A visiting delegation at RJFF means a protocol office, a named team and a menu cleared in advance. We handle government flight catering, head of state flight catering and VIP aviation catering with sealed trays; state visit aircraft catering is delivered to the aircraft with the handling agent.

Halal, kosher and kids meals: inflight catering at Fukuoka Airport (FUK)

Dietary requests for Fukuoka are handled as a procedure, not a promise. Kosher, halal, vegan, gluten free, allergen free and kids meals are all special meals we prepare on request. Local cooking hides allergens in dashi, soy, sesame and wheat noodles, so we cook those components separately, pack them in sealed trays and mark each by seat number.

Crew & pilot mealsOn request

Crew meals & pilot meals at Fukuoka Airport

At Fukuoka, crew meals are ordered on request and invoiced with the rest of the order. Flight crew meals and pilot meals are packed for a long duty day, with cockpit meals eaten one-handed. Crew catering can be hot or cold, crew meal boxes are labelled CREW, and we prepare different meals for pilots when policy asks. Cabin crew meals are a separate line.

Galley-door delivery and aviation catering at Fukuoka Airport (FUK)

Larger aircraft at Fukuoka need a high loader, and galley catering is planned around the cabin door height and the apron space your handling agent allocates. We coordinate airside catering delivery with the FBO and the ground handler, and aircraft provisioning for a wide-body is loaded in order of galley position. Tell us the type and the galley layout and we pack to match.

About the airportRJFF / FUK

About Fukuoka Airport (FUK): airport catering for business aviation

Fukuoka Airport is a busy single-runway field close to its own terminal, and our airport catering fits the general aviation routine. Business aviation hub traffic uses FBO services and ground handling services here daily.

Business aviation

Fukuoka is a steady business aviation hub for Kyushu, with corporate and charter traffic moving to Asia. Inflight catering, in-flight catering and aviation catering are ordered here from corporate flight departments; business aviation catering and executive jet catering follow the same steps. Diplomatic flight catering runs through protocol, and cabin crew meals are a separate line.

Customs & food import

Customs and quarantine in Japan restrict many food items, which is why we source from Kyushu suppliers and label every tray. Your handling agent at the FBO confirms what the aircraft may load.

★★★★★LARGE CABIN
“The cabin briefing at Fukuoka Airport included 9 passenger meals, a request for vegetarian wraps and colourful salads, and instructions addressing a tight boarding window. Our request to The Galley Girls focused on the side dishes, with enough detail to distinguish passenger portions from additional provisions. There was enough information about the snack boxes to brief the crew without making assumptions about what had been ordered. I would discuss jet catering with them again, especially when meal organisation needs careful coordination.”

★★★★☆BUSINESS JET
“We kept the passenger brief simple at RJFF: mini sandwiches and individual desserts for 9 guests, organised with a short ground stop in mind. The Galley Girls updated the breakfast portions in the written order and sent back a confirmation that clearly showed our amendments. Our brief for VIP flight catering was met with a sensible plan for portion planning. The salads remained as originally requested, which was reassuring when we checked the latest version with operations.”

★★★★★CHARTER
“Despite a small galley worktop, we wanted the 10 guests at FUK to enjoy roasted chicken and seasonal vegetables without a complicated cabin service. My main takeaway from this charter flight catering order was the practical approach to packing arrangement. We discussed the dimensions before confirming; The Galley Girls grouped the fruit plates into compact food boxes that were easy to handle. We placed the sauces in their planned storage area without first having to reorganise all the catering boxes.”

Questions crews ask about FukuokaAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost for a flight from Fukuoka, and what do customs have to do with it?+

Costs depend on what you choose and what Japan lets us use. Because food import is tightly controlled, we cook from Kyushu produce, which is excellent but priced by season: yellowtail in winter, citrus and strawberries on their own calendar. Tell us the passengers and we price each dish.

What is the lead time for private jet catering at Fukuoka, and which local product could go on the menu?+

For a flight from RJFF, the most useful thing you can tell us is one local product you want. Yame tea, mentaiko or Hakata wagyu each shape the order. We handle last-minute orders and confirm what is available that day.

What do customs require for catering at Fukuoka, and does the departure slot change anything?+

For Fukuoka, customs relevance sits mostly with food crossing borders, so our trays are sealed and itemised for your handling agent. The departure slot shapes the menu: tight slots lean cold, open slots allow hot service.

Can you bring food into Fukuoka for a private jet, and what about crew waiting on the ground?+

Rather than risk a customs question, order from us: we source locally and deliver to the FBO. For crew sitting on the ground, boxed crew meals are ordered separately, labelled CREW, and billed as part of the order.

Is catering part of a charter into Fukuoka, and how do you handle a special-meal request?+

Catering sits outside a private jet charter contract and is billed as its own order. A special-meal request, from a vegan plate to a kids meal, is simply added to it; we build it around local ingredients and mark it clearly.
