At HTGW the crew usually eats last, so crew meals are packed for that. Pilot meals and flight crew meals are ordered on request and billed as the trip; cockpit meals travel in sealed crew meal boxes, and different meals for pilots can be arranged. Crew catering is always its own line.
FBO catering at Songwe goes through the general aviation terminal and your handling agent. Catering delivery to the FBO is done on your slot, and ground handling catering is coordinated so the food reaches the aircraft. Handling agent catering is arranged when you send the tail and the slot.
Larger aircraft at Songwe change how the galley is loaded: door height, whether a high loader is needed, and what the galley itself can hold. Galley catering is sized to the aircraft type, and airside catering delivery goes through your handling agent.
