Arusha Region is farmland at altitude, and the produce shows it: avocados, bananas, mangoes, pineapple and some of the country's best coffee come from around Mount Meru and the Kilimanjaro slopes. Arusha Airport is a small general aviation field serving Tanzania's northern safari circuit, with Mount Meru above the runway. Airport catering here is shaped by light aircraft, early departures and a tourist season. General aviation traffic runs through the FBO, which makes handover simple.

We do not give one number for delegation flights because no two parties eat alike. A head of delegation may want halal and kosher plates alongside local dishes, while the rest of the cabin takes a cold lunch. Each of those is a line on the invoice.
