Flight crew meals at DAOM are a separate order, on request and billed as usual. We pack pilot meals and cockpit meals in crew meal boxes, plan crew catering for a desert layover, and supply different meals for pilots so captain and first officer do not share a dish.
Your handling agent controls access at DAOM. We coordinate FBO catering, catering delivery to the FBO and handling agent catering so that ground handling catering reaches the aircraft from the general aviation terminal at your slot.
Aircraft type decides how the galley is loaded at DAOM: a light jet takes boxes through the door by hand, while a larger cabin may need a high loader for galley catering at the door height. Cost at DAOM follows the menu you choose and the airside access the handling agent arranges. A hot lamb tagine for six costs more than a chilled platter, and special meals add preparation. How much private jet catering costs is quoted per order, never per airport.
Customs and food-import rules for this country mean imported delicacies take longer to clear, while local produce does not. Order early for anything imported; last-minute orders for local menus are handled.
