KBAZ is a general aviation airport on the New Braunfels side of the I-35 corridor, popular with owner-pilots and charter operators. FBO services and ground handling services are straightforward, and airport catering is delivered to the terminal.

Price comes from the menu you build for that slot. At KBAZ a night leg may need only a light chilled service, an early leg a breakfast box, and both are quoted line by line. Special dietary plates and extra crew meals are added as their own lines.
At New Braunfels, the lead time question is really about access: who signs the delivery in, and which door of the FBO is used. Once that is agreed with your handling agent, the menu itself is simple to place, and last-minute requests are still handled.
Customs matters when you arrive from abroad, not when you reposition inside Texas. Out of KBAZ, a domestic empty leg needs only crew meals in boxes. An inbound international leg is inspected, which is why we label and seal.
You may bring food, subject to the destination's rules. On two-service legs out of New Braunfels we split the order in two boxes so the second service stays fresh in the drawer. Leave a note for the crew on what to heat and what to plate cold.
Catering is a separate order from the charter contract. When the passengers go from four to six on the day, we resize the menu and the labels; the aircraft price stays where it is. Last-minute changes at New Braunfels are handled.
