Flight crew meals and pilot meals are boxed and labelled, crew catering is kept apart from guest trays, cockpit meals stay easy to eat in a small seat, and crew meal boxes are marked CREW. Different meals for pilots are packed separately where the operator requires it, with cabin crew meals handled the same way.
FBO catering at Ellsworth means catering delivery to the FBO, or to the general aviation terminal, on your slot. Ground handling catering and handling agent catering go through your agent, who controls airside access and meets the van.

A dawn departure out of Rapid City usually trims the menu to something simple. Price is set per menu: a platter of prairie cheeses sits below a full bison service, and we quote after you share the tail and the covers.
Orders for Rapid City are simple once airside access is settled with the handling agent. Last-minute requests are handled, so a change of slot is not a problem.
An empty cabin does not skip clearance. Bison and trout are sourced locally, so nothing foreign needs to be declared, and the galley stays tidy for the inspection.
Outside food is allowed, though for a long sector with two meals we recommend one supplier. Course one is chilled and course two is oven-ready, labelled so nobody opens the wrong box.
Charter and catering are separate orders. A change in headcount at KRCA changes the food order only, and last-minute changes are handled.
