Catering to your aircraft in Prishtina.

Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

The local tableCooked so it travels

The Prishtina table, packed for private jet catering

Prishtina's table is built on flija, the layered pancake baked slowly under a metal lid, and on ajvar, the roasted pepper spread that goes on almost everything. For a private jet menu out of Prishtina, we treat flija as a cut-by-passenger dish that travels well cold and re-plates without fuss. An inflight menu here also leans on white cheese from the plains, grilled peppers, tavë kosi baked yoghurt and lamb, and Kosovar honey for breakfast service. Private jet food from this region works best when the hot dish is simple and the cold dish carries the character.

Local specialities around Pristina District are rustic and generous, and our job is to make them galley-proof. A private jet menu can open with sharing plates of white cheese, ajvar and warm bread, then move to a baked lamb or a stuffed pepper that holds its shape in the oven. An inflight menu for Prishtina also works with seasonal produce: summer tomatoes and peppers, autumn walnuts and quince, winter soups for crews coming off cold apron work. Private jet food here is honest and filling, and it re-plates well in any galley.

The three founders, former VIP cabin crew, on a business jet airstair — private jet catering at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport (BKPR)

Fog on the Kosovo plain in January and a full apron in August are two different jobs at Prishtina, and private jet catering here is planned around both. Inflight catering for a business jet is packed for the galley it will meet, while in-flight catering on a longer leg gets a second service labelled by seat. Aviation catering at BKPR stays plain and exact, and business aviation catering follows the same logic for corporate and charter crews. Executive jet catering, diplomatic flight catering and cabin crew meals each get their own box, board and label, and crew meals are ordered on request and invoiced with the rest.

  • Restaurant cuisine, cooked on the ground
  • Fresh and local produce
  • Labelled by seat, diet and reheat
  • Aviation-ready packaging
  • High loader for large cabins
  • HACCP certified kitchens

Executive jet catering at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport (PRN)

When a corporate flight department books BKPR, the brief is usually short: seat count, departure slot and any dietary notes. Business jet catering is built around what the galley can reheat, corporate jet catering around what survives a cold apron, and VIP flight catering adds protocol. Charter flight catering stays compact, and luxury inflight catering uses a private jet chef to write a bespoke menu for the guests on board.

Diplomatic and state visit aviation catering in Prishtina (BKPR)

For official visits through BKPR, the menu is agreed with the protocol side before anything is cooked. Government flight catering and head of state flight catering share the same discipline: named team, sealed boxes, no surprises. VIP aviation catering and state visit aircraft catering add a written trail from kitchen to aircraft.

Special meals

Special meals for every diet: in-flight catering at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport

Special meals at Prishtina are built from the local kitchen rather than around it. A vegan menu works well here, with ajvar, roasted peppers, lentils, walnuts and seasonal vegetables. Kosher, halal, gluten free and allergen free meals are packed on separate boards and in sealed boxes, away from the guest trays, and kids meals are marked the same way. Flija and baked dishes often hide dairy and gluten, so we state what is in each dish before it is cooked.

Crew & pilot mealsOn request

Crew meals and cockpit meals in Prishtina (BKPR)

Crew meals are ordered on request at Prishtina and invoiced like the rest of the order. Flight crew meals and cockpit meals are boxed apart from the guest trays and marked CREW, so nobody opens a passenger dish by mistake. Pilot meals can be two different dishes, one for each seat, as many operators require, and crew meal boxes are built to be eaten one-handed between sectors. For a rotation through BKPR in winter, crew catering leans warm: a soup or a baked dish that survives a cold apron. Different meals for pilots are simple to arrange when the order says so.

DeliveryEvery FBO

Airport catering delivered to the FBO at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport (BKPR)

FBO catering at Prishtina is handed over at the aircraft, through the FBO or handling agent. Catering delivery to the FBO is coordinated with your slot, and the general aviation terminal handles access for airside vehicles. Ground handling catering and handling agent catering follow the same chain: we pack, the agent opens the door, and you re-plate.

High loader and aircraft provisioning: aviation catering at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport

Galley catering on a larger aircraft starts with the door height and the galley layout, not the menu. When a wide-body or large cabin lands at BKPR, airside catering delivery may need a high loader and a clear slot with the handling agent. Aircraft provisioning for smaller jets is lighter, but the same rule applies: tell us the type and the galley, and we pack to fit.

About the airportBKPR / PRN

About Priština Adem Jashari International Airport: business aviation and airport catering

Priština Adem Jashari International serves Prishtina and the wider country, and airport catering here covers both scheduled and business traffic. General aviation uses a separate stand with its own FBO services, and ground handling services are provided on request. BKPR is a growing business aviation hub for the Balkans, with a 1,789 ft elevation that shapes performance in summer heat.

Business aviation

Prishtina's business aviation traffic is a mix of regional charters, corporate flights and official visits. Inflight catering and in-flight catering here follow the season: fog in winter, heat in summer. Aviation catering and business aviation catering are packed for the galley in use, executive jet catering and diplomatic flight catering add protocol, and cabin crew meals are labelled separately.

Customs & food import

Kosovo's food import rules are strict on meat and dairy, so locally prepared catering is the simplest route for private flights. Customs coordinate through the handling agent, and sealed, labelled boxes make the check quick to read. Anything arriving on the aircraft may be restricted, so confirm before you land.

★★★★★LIGHT JET
“Having 3 guests request a cold lunch with cheese and fruit at Priština Adem Jashari International Airport meant planning the portions carefully while accounting for several individual meal preferences. I would discuss private jet catering menu with them again, especially when written menu details needs careful coordination. We described our serving sequence to The Galley Girls and asked for the sandwiches to be packed accordingly. That left time to check the salads properly before the passengers were ready for the next part of the service.”

★★★★★CREW MEALS
“Choosing grilled salmon with a lemon dressing for 11 people at BKPR was straightforward; the challenge was making it work with different crew meal preferences. The Galley Girls used a readable packing list for the breakfast portions, which helped when two colleagues checked the order together. We could distinguish the fruit plates at a glance instead of lifting lids just to establish what belonged to each service. For our team, the strongest part of their private aviation catering was how they handled crew briefing.”

★★★★★LARGE CABIN
“Food presentation mattered to our 5 guests, but a family lunch request also had to be considered when organising roasted vegetable bowls with separate dressings at PRN. With several people involved, The Galley Girls kept the side dishes and delivery arrangements together in a concise order update. Knowing where the canapés were packed meant the crew could begin the relevant checks as soon as the order arrived. Our brief for business jet catering was met with a sensible plan for written menu details.”

Ordering for BKPR, in shortAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost at Prishtina?+

Cost depends on what you ask for, and in Prishtina the season matters. A cold board of local cheese, ajvar and walnuts is modest; a three-course hot service with a chef's touch is not. Fog months can mean last-minute changes, and we handle those, but the quote still follows the menu and seat count. We write the quote line by line, so nothing surprises the operator.

What is the lead time for private jet catering at BKPR?+

For a long sector with two services, the real constraint is the galley: one oven, limited drawer space, and a crew that needs to re-plate between courses. We plan the first service cold and the second hot, labelled by seat, and we confirm the plan with you before we cook.

What about customs for inflight catering into Prishtina?+

Import rules for food in Kosovo are strict on animal products, so ordering locally is the simplest route. The length of the turnaround and the departure slot decide how much paperwork the handling agent can do; a prepared list helps.

Can you bring food on board yourself at Prishtina?+

Crews often bring something from home, and that is fine within the customs rules. For the return leg, a box ordered from here removes the question: it is local, sealed, and labelled by seat.

Is catering part of a charter into Prishtina?+

Catering sits outside the charter price here, so you order it and pay for it on its own. That makes late changes in the passenger count simple to handle.
