When crews overnight at PQC, crew meals are a separate order, billed with the rest. Flight crew meals, pilot meals and crew catering are packed into crew meal boxes, and cockpit meals are easy to eat in the jumpseat. Different meals for pilots are available on request, and cabin crew meals are boxed apart.
We coordinate FBO catering with your handling agent so the boxes reach the aircraft on your slot. Catering delivery to the FBO, ground handling catering and the general aviation terminal route are agreed before cooking starts, and handling agent catering stays simple.
Larger aircraft at VVPQ need galley catering planned around the door height and the loading equipment your handling agent brings to the apron. Airside catering delivery for a wide-body charter is coordinated with the ground handler so the carts reach the aircraft in the right order.
