At OPKD, crew meals are a separate line on the order, requested with the flight. We pack flight crew meals and pilot meals in labelled boxes, with crew catering kept apart from guest trays. Cockpit meals suit a short turn, crew meal boxes can be hot or cold, and different meals for pilots follow operator policy.
Your handling agent at HDD decides how food reaches the ramp, and we coordinate with them. FBO catering is delivered to the general aviation terminal, and catering delivery to the aircraft follows ground handling catering rules. Handling agent catering keeps one point of contact for the crew.
A larger aircraft at Hyderabad changes how the galley is loaded, so we confirm the door height and whether a high loader is needed with your handling agent. Galley catering for a bigger cabin is packed in carts by section, and airside catering delivery follows the handling agent's access rules. A night slot at OPKD does not change the rules: food is inspected, then handed over plane-side. Our team is available day and night for just this. Share your departure time with your handling agent and with us.
You may bring food, subject to inspection by Pakistani customs. For local flavour, we add Hyderabad mango or Sindhi pistachio sweets, packed chilled. These avoid import issues entirely.
No, catering and private jet charter are separate. A change from four to seven guests means a new count on our order, which we update and invoice together. We can re-pack by seat number.
