At VNNG we arrange FBO catering through the FBO desk and your handling agent. Catering delivery to the FBO ends at the general aviation terminal or, if cleared, at the aircraft. Ground handling catering needs the tail and slot; handling agent catering needs the name of whoever signs the airside pass.
Aircraft size decides how food is loaded at Nepalgunj. Smaller business jets take a hand-carried galley catering load through the cabin door, while larger aircraft may need a high loader arranged through your handling agent for airside catering delivery. Nepalgunj Airport is a regional airport in Lumbini Province, with airport catering shaped by the Terai climate and the hill flights that begin or end here. General aviation traffic uses a basic terminal, and FBO services and ground handling services run through a handling agent.
Business aviation hub is too big a phrase for Nepalgunj, but the airport does see private movements. Start with a local product: a Terai curry with rice is simple to source here, while out-of-season fruit or imported items cost more. How much does private jet catering cost? It follows what you choose, how many fly, and how many courses are plated.

Customs rules for food entering Nepal apply to inflight catering as much as anything else, so we favour locally sourced dishes and give your agent a full ingredient breakdown for each sealed box.
Outside food may be questioned at customs and offers no flexibility if guests are added or dropped late. We cook to the count you confirm and re-pack if it moves, handed over through your FBO.
A private jet charter does not include food. At Nepalgunj, where crews may be on duty for a long day or sit on the ground, it is worth ordering guest food and crew meals together, both invoiced as normal.
