At Saurimo, customs matters in two directions: what you carry in from abroad and what you take back out. Catering cooked locally and delivered plane-side stays outside the import question, while leftover foreign food on board may need declaring. For a child or an allergy, the safest route is a meal we prepare against your written brief, in its own container, with the seat on the lid. Can you bring food yourself? Yes, but packaging from outside may need checking by customs, so we recommend ordering with us.
Is catering part of a charter? No. It is its own order, billed by itself, and what we pack depends on the galley you fly with. A mid-size jet with a single oven suits one hot course; a bigger cabin can carry a full service.
