FBO catering at Chuuk International is handed over at the general aviation terminal or beside the aircraft. Catering delivery to the FBO is arranged with your handling agent, and ground handling catering runs through the same contact. Handling agent catering follows the slot you give us.
Larger aircraft at PTKK need a high loader for galley catering, and the ramp at Chuuk International is a small one. We confirm with your handling agent whether the aircraft will be serviced by high loader or by hand, so airside catering delivery and aircraft provisioning match the door and the galley height of your type.

PTKK is a quiet business aviation hub for the Pacific: island-hopping charters, expedition flights and the odd diplomatic stop. Costs for private jet catering at Chuuk International are quoted per menu. The season shapes the shopping list, and weather-delayed departures can mean a re-plated cold dish instead of a hot one.
The lead time question comes down to the galley: a compact drawer and a small oven limit the menu, so we agree it early. Orders placed late are still handled where the pantry allows.
Food-import rules for Micronesia mean agricultural items declared on arrival can be inspected or removed. We plan around that: local fish and fruit stay local, and imports are kept to sealed, declared items.
Food from abroad is checked, and some of it will not be allowed through. A local ingredient, say coconut or breadfruit, goes straight into the galley without any import paperwork.
Not part of the charter. A short turnaround on the Chuuk International ramp means a simpler menu, and a longer one allows a hot dish; either way it is ordered and invoiced separately.
