Three of us. All ex VIP cabin crew.

We know the galley, the diet card and the 5 a.m. re-plate — because we lived them. So we built the caterer we always wished we could call.

The local tableCooked so it travels

Inflight catering with the flavours of Papeete (PPT)

Papeete's private jet menu leans on what the lagoon and the islands produce. Poisson cru à la tahitienne, raw tuna in coconut milk and lime, is the signature local speciality, and in a galley it travels as separate components: fish chilled, coconut sauce apart, lime cut at the last moment.

Tahitian vanilla, taro, breadfruit and the fruit of the Society Islands, pineapple, papaya, and Moorea's juices, make up the rest of the private jet food you can load for French Polynesia. Our inflight menu for Papeete keeps heavy fish on the cold side and sends the baked items for the oven.

The region around Papeete is warm and humid all year, so we pack local specialities with the heat in mind: ice in the right places, containers that do not sweat, and seat numbers on every lid.

The three founders, former VIP cabin crew, on a business jet airstair — private jet catering at Fa'a'ā International Airport (NTAA)

The runway at Fa'a'ā runs out into the lagoon, and most aircraft that land here have crossed a lot of empty ocean to get to it. Private jet catering at Papeete is built around that: fish that stays cold, fruit that survives the heat, and a galley plan agreed before you push back. We also cover inflight catering, in-flight catering and aviation catering orders for the same slot, from business aviation catering for corporate teams to executive jet catering for owners, and diplomatic flight catering for official parties. Cabin crew meals are packed separately.

VIP flight and private jet catering at Fa'a'ā International Airport (NTAA)

Business jet catering at Papeete is shaped by the long Pacific legs on either side. Corporate jet catering and VIP flight catering orders arrive with a destination in mind, so charter flight catering here favors dishes that hold: luxury inflight catering with chilled fish, vanilla desserts and fruit. A private jet chef can write a bespoke menu around the galley and the season.

Special meals & dietary requirements: in-flight catering at Fa'a'ā International Airport

At Papeete the allergens hide in coconut, shellfish and fish sauces, so each diet card is cross-checked against the seat plan before anything is packed. Kosher, halal, vegan, gluten free, allergen free and kids meals are all special meals we can prepare, each one sealed and marked by seat number.

Crew & pilot mealsOn request

Pilot meals and crew meals at Fa'a'ā International Airport (PPT)

Crews landing at NTAA have usually flown a long sector across open Pacific, and the next one is no shorter. At Papeete we pack crew meals only when you ask for them, and they appear on the same invoice as the passenger order. Flight crew meals travel in boxes marked CREW, and pilot meals can be two different dishes for the captain and first officer: different meals for pilots are standard practice on a long rotation. Cockpit meals are built to be eaten one-handed, and crew catering for a tropical stop leans on light protein, rice and fruit. Crew meal boxes are sealed apart from the passenger trays.

FBO catering at Fa'a'ā International Airport (PPT): delivery to your aircraft

FBO catering at Fa'a'ā is delivered to the aircraft through your handling agent. We arrange catering delivery to the FBO and the general aviation terminal, with ground handling catering coordinated for the ramp position and the pass. Handling agent catering is simple when the tail and slot are shared early.

High loaderLarge cabins, bizliners

Galley-door delivery and aviation catering at Fa'a'ā International Airport (PPT)

Larger aircraft on the Papeete ramp need a high loader to reach the galley door, and the cabin height decides how we pack. Galley catering for a long-range jet is loaded in trolleys and boxes, while a smaller aircraft takes fewer, lighter containers. Airside catering delivery at Fa'a'ā depends on your handling agent and the ramp position, and aircraft provisioning is planned around the galley layout you give us.

About the airportNTAA / PPT

About Fa'a'ā International Airport (NTAA): aviation catering and general aviation

Fa'a'ā International is the main airport of French Polynesia, and airport catering here serves airlines, charters and private flights alike. General aviation traffic is handled alongside scheduled service, with FBO services and ground handling services available on the ramp.

Business aviation

Papeete is a business aviation hub for the South Pacific, drawing private jets on long-range routes. Inflight catering, in-flight catering and aviation catering here support business aviation catering for corporate and executive jet catering, as well as diplomatic flight catering and cabin crew meals for official and charter movements.

Customs & food import

French Polynesia applies strict rules on food entering the territory, and fresh produce is closely controlled. For catering orders this means local sourcing is the practical answer, and we plan the menu around what customs allows.

★★★★★ROYAL FLIGHT
“Despite a tight boarding window, we wanted the 5 guests at PPT to enjoy roasted chicken and seasonal vegetables without a complicated cabin service. For our team, the strongest part of their VIP flight catering was how they handled meal organisation. We changed the quantities of sauces, and The Galley Girls reflected the request in the final packing list. The desserts remained as originally requested, which was reassuring when we checked the latest version with operations.”

★★★★★CHARTER
“Menu approval at Fa'a'ā International Airport covered vegetarian wraps and colourful salads for 12 guests, leaving us to organise the service around different crew meal preferences. The crew provisions supplied by The Galley Girls were straightforward to check against the written menu before the cabin handover. We could distinguish the sandwiches at a glance instead of lifting lids just to establish what belonged to each service. I appreciated the emphasis on crew briefing throughout the charter flight catering arrangements.”

★★★★★LIGHT JET
“One detail shaped our order at NTAA: an evening cabin service, alongside a request for grilled salmon with a lemon dressing for 6 passengers. Our handling contact received the order details from The Galley Girls, including how the fruit plates had been grouped. The cabin team could match the starters to the request before moving on to the remaining departure tasks. The order made private jet food feel manageable because the written menu details had been considered beforehand.”

Papeete in five questionsAsked by crews
How much does private jet catering cost at Papeete?+

The wet and dry seasons at Papeete change what is good and what is available. Local tuna in peak season costs less than imported seafood out of it, so the cost of private jet catering moves with what is on the dock.

What is the lead time for catering at Papeete?+

Your handling agent controls the gate at Fa'a'ā, so we plan around them. Lead time is shorter when the tail, the slot and the catering list are agreed together.

What about customs when ordering catering at Papeete?+

French Polynesia has strict food import rules, and a changed headcount affects what you can bring on board. We adapt the order so the customs declaration stays correct.

Can you bring food on board at Papeete?+

Crew duty time is tight on a Pacific rotation, and a long wait for customs on imported food is time the crew does not have. Local catering is already cleared for the ramp.

Is catering part of a charter into Papeete?+

No, catering is a separate order. We work within French Polynesian customs rules and bill the catering on its own.
