Wiluna is the northern gateway to the Western Australian goldfields, and the private jet menu here leans on the interior: kangaroo loin, bush tomato, wattleseed, native pepperberry, lamb and goat from the pastoral stations. Wiluna Airport, YWLU, is a gravel-edged strip at 1,649 ft in the Western Australian interior, where mining charters, station visits and the odd government party arrive with an empty galley and nothing to buy on the field. Private jet catering here is cooked and packed elsewhere for that galley and handed over at the FBO. The same kitchen covers inflight catering and in-flight catering for the way out, aviation catering and business aviation catering for operators, executive jet catering for owners' trips and diplomatic flight catering for official parties. Cabin crew meals ride in the same order, on request and invoiced like the rest.
Into Wiluna the passengers are usually few and the galley modest. Corporate jet catering and business jet catering start from the aircraft type, then VIP flight catering is built as a bespoke menu by a private jet chef. Charter flight catering follows the same rules, and luxury inflight catering is kept chilled where the desert heat demands.

For Wiluna we take crew meals as a separate request, billed with the order. Crew catering means flight crew meals in crew meal boxes, cockpit meals that need no cutlery, pilot meals chosen per person, and different meals for pilots so the two never eat the same thing.
At YWLU the order is delivered to the FBO and carried to the aircraft. Ground handling catering and handling agent catering are coordinated beforehand, with the general aviation terminal as the meeting point for FBO catering and catering delivery to the FBO.
Wiluna sees mostly light and mid-size business jets and turboprops, so galley catering rarely needs a high loader: trays go up the airstair in insulated boxes. Airside catering delivery here is arranged through your handling agent, and for a larger aircraft we confirm door height and aircraft provisioning access before the slot.

Pricing at YWLU is menu-led. A kangaroo starter, a goat main and a lemon myrtle dessert each cost differently, and Australian customs rules make some imported ingredients impractical. We give you a line-by-line quote that stays outside the aircraft contract.
Tell us at the outbound booking that you need a return meal and we plan it together. Wiluna has no shops on the field, so a late return order is possible but depends on the product already on hand. Last-minute orders are handled.
A domestic repositioning flight into Wiluna has no international food clearance, but Western Australia has its own quarantine rules on moving fresh produce between regions, so we pack to avoid trouble. For an empty cabin we usually load only crew meals.
