For the flight deck at Usharal, crew meals are an optional line you ask for when you order, and they are billed with everything else. Flight crew meals come boxed with CREW on the lid; pilot meals and cockpit meals are eaten one-handed, and different meals for pilots can be asked for. Crew catering and crew meal boxes are kept apart from the guest trays, so cabin crew meals never get mixed with passenger service.
At UAAL the FBO desk and the general aviation terminal are the usual meeting point, and your handling agent opens the apron gate when the catering arrives. FBO catering is passed over at the aircraft, ground handling catering follows whatever apron access the field grants that day, and handling agent catering is arranged around your slot. Catering delivery to the FBO is confirmed by phone or email, day or night.
What gets loaded at Usharal depends on the aircraft: door height, galley layout and whether a high loader is needed. For larger cabins we arrange galley catering and airside catering delivery with your handling agent, and aircraft provisioning follows the door height and the galley you have. Smaller jets are loaded by hand at the apron; tell us the tail and we confirm the method.

The rule here is to keep the galley declarable. Kazakh customs treat imported fresh animal products strictly, and weather windows at UAAL can leave a plane waiting, so we pack in sealed portions and give you the content list.
You can bring your own food, but imported fresh meat, dairy and plant products may be questioned at customs. A local product such as kurt, baursak or kazy avoids that and travels well in a small galley; we can build the menu around it.
