FBO catering at Welkom is a handover at the general aviation terminal or the aircraft, agreed with your handling agent. Catering delivery to the FBO and ground handling catering follow the same gate, and handling agent catering is a plain phone call.
Welkom's long runway handles larger aircraft than most visitors bring, so the type decides the loading: door height, a high loader or not, and the galley you actually have. Galley catering is packed to fit that galley, and aircraft provisioning for a bigger cabin is agreed per tail.
